Ok, so we didn't win a prize, but we were brightly decorated for the Holiday of Lights parade!

Lots of spectators were lined up on F Street in Salida for the Holiday of Lights parade...this spectator stole the show on the sidewalk complete with his festive scarf!

Santa's Elves arrived along the parade route...could it mean Santa's not far behind?

There were some great floats in the parade including this one!

Finally the Peak van appears...and riding along is The Peak's midday host Kim Kreiss (a Mrs. Claus wannabe)!

The Grand Finale of the night...the lighting of Christmas Mountain U.S.A. and a festive fireworks display! Thanks to the volunteers who made Christmas Mountain U.S.A. spectacular every year..and the Salida Fire Department for beautiful fireworks. Happy Holidays!
